Dafydd Snowdon-Jones
Co-Founder cause Agency. Owner Snowdon Ltd. HLA Co-Founder
Dafydd is an accomplished executive coach, entrepreneur and educator, who lives his commitment of creating a world that works for all. He has been working with global leaders, inventors, and luminaries across the world. As a result of his multidisciplinary and multi-faceted interactions, he developed his own “Transformative Inquiry” methodology, fostering a deeper level of collaboration, creativity and connection between individuals and teams.

Dafydd is also the co-founder of the Humanistic Leadership Academy, partnering with global  organizations with the goal of  transforming business education. His focus is on training the trainers and on cultivating the Humanistic Leaders of tomorrow. He passionately supports organizations and initiatives pursuing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), creating structured frameworks and facilitating innovative solutions.
Dafydd has had the privilege of designing homes across the world and contributing to notable commercial projects, despite not having formal education or training as an architect.

Dafydd founded North Fork Polar Bears, a community centered around winter water immersion for healing and connection, as well as local fundraising. He also teaches Yogic, Martial, and Living Arts to empower health and wellbeing instructors with holistic principles.

Paulina Alviz
Co-Founder, cause Agency
Paulina is a highly accomplished executive trainer and coach, with a passion for cultural diversity and inclusion. She is a powerful voice committed to elevating the dynamic of women and the feminine in the workplace. Furthermore, she has a long history of building networks that empower and inspire women leaders from across the globe. Paulina’s particular skills are to identify communication gaps and overcome cultural differences that inhibit and impact productivity. In her vision of a world that works for all, she has come to realize that individual differences are a strength of an organization that have yet to be unlocked.
Paulina is an executive trainer and systems change agent with over 15 years of experience working in the healthcare sector. Her work with culturally diverse groups ignited a passion in her for overcoming diversity and inclusion challenges that so many organizations face. Paulina creates equitable work environments using inclusive and cross-cultural communication practices.

Paulina studied psychology at Gabriela Mistral University in Chile and is a graduate of Landmark Education’s Team, Leadership and Management program. She is a certified Spanish interpreter and SKY Breath Meditation Instructor.

Patrick Struebi
Co-Founder, cause Agency. Founder and Executive Chairman, Fairtrasa Group
Patrick is a serial social entrepreneur, thought leader, executive coach, and humanitarian, with an unwavering commitment to strengthening and transforming organizations and the educational system. Through his global and diverse collaborations with businesses, NGO’s and governments, he developed a particular passion for “Systems Change'' and addressing “Root Cause Challenges”. Another of Patrick’s key competencies relates to effective collaboration and communication between and inside organizations of any type or size.
Patrick is also the founder and Executive Chairman of the Fairtrasa Group, a pioneering social enterprise that lifts marginalized small-scale farmers out of poverty. For his work as a social entrepreneur, Patrick has been selected as an Ashoka Fellow, an Endeavor high-impact Entrepreneur, a Yale World Fellow, and a Gabelli Fellow. He has been named Social Entrepreneur of the Year four times and is a member of the World Economic Forum.

Furthermore, Patrick teaches social innovation and systems change at Fordham University in New York. He is also a founding member of the Humanistic Leadership Academy, with the purpose of transforming business education worldwide. Patrick is a graduate of Landmark’s Team, Management and Leadership program and he gives talks around the world on social innovation and related issues.
